Kent Sinclair is a Yale Law School trained attorney, arbitrator, and a cybersecurity professional with a deep understanding of digital forensics. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Kent also serves as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association (AAA) commercial, technology, and large complex case panels, conducting virtual, in-person, and hybrid arbitration proceedings throughout the United States.
